CRAFT UNION: A NOD TO HERITAGE
featuring Chef Damian D'Silva
In celebration of Singapore’s 60th birthday, Kee’s proudly presents Craft Union: A Nod to Heritage — a culinary homage to the nation’s rich cultural fabric, brought to life through the bold, evocative flavours of acclaimed Chef Damian D’Silva.
From 7 July to 15 August, guests are invited to savour heritage-inspired creations as à la carte specials and part of Kee’s weekday set lunch — a heartfelt tribute to the Teochew immigrants who once shaped the Carpenter Street community in the 1930s.

SG60 FLIGHT OF COCKTAILS
Complementing the menu is Kee’s SG60 Flight of Cocktails, a specially curated selection of drinks that evoke the nostalgic flavours of Singapore, past and present. Each cocktail pays tribute to ingredients and memories familiar to generations of Singaporeans.
Starting from 7 July, Kee’s SG60 Flight of Cocktails is available at SGD 60++, with a choice of any three from the collection.

ONE-NIGHT-ONLY DINNER AFFAIR
As a highlight of the Craft Union, a special collaborative dinner was held on Wednesday 9 July, where Chef Damian D’Silva joined hands with Kee’s Culinary Director, Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Walsh.
Together, they honoured heritage and culture through a culinary journey inspired by their personal histories, shared values, and Singapore’s rich gastronomic tapestry. The exclusive five-course menu, designed for one night only, was a celebration of heritage and tradition reinterpreted with finesse.
